The design considering culture, environment and the human condition to produce responsive and sustainable solutions. They use their experience, skills and knowledge to create designs that work for clients and the community.
Established in Brisbane, Cottee Parker Architects is a national practice operating in Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane. They have extensive experience in delivering unique and considered design solutions for the built environment.

“Our vision for this project is to create a vibrant and iconic destination that interprets the calm yet dynamic nature of the Brisbane River. Guided by Brookfield Residential Properties’ concept of a unified and connected riverside district, we have endeavoured to create residences that will shape the character and unique identity that is Riverfront Hamilton. The building will reflect its surroundings, creating a dialogue with the natural beauty of the river, the dynamic neighbourhood and the mountain range beyond.”
